About me

I am a psychotherapist in training (UKCP reg) and I have Master's degree in Psychology (GmBPS reg). I gained my first experience in the mental health sector in 2013, volunteering for a charity dedicated to people with various mental health diagnoses (schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, personality disorders). Since then, I have been working in different charities, taking up various roles that were always related to supporting people and making positive changes in their lives.
I specialise in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, identity crisis or struggle with addictions. My practice is rooted in a deep focus on equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients from all walks of life.
